[칼럼] 박주현. 부정선거 카르텔과 그로 인해 대한민국이 직면한 위기

여러분, 오늘 저는 베네수엘라-중국-한국 등 국제적 부정선거 카르텔과 그로 인해 대한민국이 직면한 위기, 전 세계가 직면한 위기에 대해 말씀드리겠습니다.

베네수엘라는 이미 부정선거와 마약과 범죄의 온상으로 전락했고, 국제 범죄 카르텔의 근거지가 되었습니다. 단순히 한 국가의 문제에 그치지 않고, 이 범죄와 부정선거 카르텔은 중국으로, 그리고 한국으로 확산되었습니다. 최근 미국 FBI의 협조로 한국 강릉에서 대규모 마약 조직이 검거된 사건은, 베네수엘라에서 출발한 범죄 네트워크가 국경을 넘어 실제로 한국까지 침투했다는 것을 보여주는 뚜렷한 증거입니다.

나라가 반미노선을 취하면서 빈궁해지고, 범죄자가 많아지고, 심지어 나라가 범죄국가화되는데도 정권이 유지되는 것은 무엇일까요? 바로 부정선거 때문입니다.

베네수엘라는 차베스 집권 이후 부정선거와 부정선거 카르텔을 통해 입법, 행정, 사법부를 장악하며 민주주의가 점진적으로 붕괴했습니다. 마두로 정권에 이르러서는 완전한 독재 체제로 전환되었습니다. 그 과정에서 스마트매틱스와 도미니온 같은 전자개표시스템이 부정선거를 통한 권력획득의 핵심 도구로 활용되었습니다. 베네수엘라는 투표 조작, 유권자 명부 조작, 사전투표 강제, 선거 감시 배제, 여론 조작, 사법부와 검찰을 동원한 법적 장치 악용 등 모든 수단이 결합된 총체적 부정선거 구조였습니다.

중국은 베네수엘라와 긴밀히 협력하며, 이를 체계적이고 정교한 부정선거 시스템으로 발전시켰습니다.

특히 마두로는 화웨이 폰을 들고 “차이나 셰셰”라고 말하며 중국과 긴밀히 결합하고 있고, 중공과 베네수엘라가 부정선거와 독재에 있어서 긴밀하게 연결되어 있음을 보여주었습니다. 한국에서도 유사한 현상이 나타나고 있습니다. 이재명은 유세하는 과정에서 “차이나셰셰”라고 말했으며, 급수가 한참 낮은 한국의 중국 대사에게 허리를 깊게 숙여 인사를 하는 모습도 언론에 포착되었습니다.

전 중국대사인 싱하이밍은 한국 서울에서 찰리커크 추모집회를 열었던 한국 청년들을 탄압하라고 경고를 했고, 실제 가짜 대통령 이재명은 국무회의에서 이 젊은이들에 대해 단순 경고조치를 취해서만 안된다고 언급하였고, 경찰들이 실제로 이들을 불러 수사를 시작하였습니다.

이는 한국이 중국의 지시를 받는 속국이 되어가고 있음을 상징적으로 보여줍니다.

국정원은 2023년 10월 10일 선관위 보안점검에서 투표지 위조, 해킹, 중복투표 및 대리투표 가능성, 투개표결과 전산변경, 중국의 민원센터번호인 12345를 한국 선관위 비밀번호로 사용 등을 확인했으며, 윤석열 대통령 또한 계엄령 관련 담화문과 탄핵 소송에서 부정선거 가능성을 밝혔습니다. 그러나 부정선거 카르텔은 오히려 윤석열 대통령을 탄핵시키고, 6.3 대선에서 대규모 부정선거를 통해 가짜 대통령을 만들었습니다.

이것은 단순한 정치적 갈등이 아닙니다. 대한민국 자유민주주의의 근본적 토대가 흔들리는 구조적 위기입니다. 총칼 없이 피도 흘리지 않고 권력을 빼앗긴 것입니다. 한국을 중국의 속국화되면, 75년 전 한국전쟁에서 미국의 젊은이들이 흘린 피와 희생이 헛되게 됩니다. 그들은 그 당시의 찰리커크였고, 미국이 이를 방치하면 찰리커크의 죽음을 헛되게 하는 것이다.

중국을 중심으로 한 부정선거를 방치하면 국제관계에서도 심각한 문제가 될 것입니다. 부정선거 카르텔이 각국 정상을 선거조작으로 당선시키고, 이들이 UN과 국제기구를 장악한다면, 미국은 고립될 것이며, 자유민주주의 가치의 세계 확산에도 큰 장애가 됩니다.

어제 트럼프 대통령의 UN 연설을 위해 뉴욕의 UN을 방문했을 때 에스컬레이터 멈추고, 연설 프롬프터가 멈춘 현상은, 미국이 세계 패권을 유지하려면 전 세계로 확산되어 각국의 허수아비 대통령을 만드는 부정선거 카르텔을 반드시 척결해야 한다는 메시지입니다.

미국 국제선거감시단은 국제 선거범죄카르텔의 일환으로 A-WEB을 통해 남태평양 도서국가에도 부정선거에 사용되었던 시스템과 전자개표기 수출된 것을 확인하였습니다. 이는 향후 미중 전쟁이 있을 경우 태평양에서 미 7함대의 작전을 저해할 수 있는 전략적 위협입니다. 남태평양에 친중국가가 수립된다면, 태평양에서 미중 전쟁이 벌어질 경우 중국이 미국의 뒤통수를 칠 수 있습니다.

한국 국민들은 이미 깨어날 준비가 되어 있으며, 미국과 연대하여 부정선거 카르텔을 척결할 힘을 가지고 있습니다. 미국에서 한국의 부정선거와 가짜대통령 이재명을 언급해주면 한국 국민들은 일어날 것입니다.

부정선거로 당선되어 가짜대통령이 된 이재명 정권은 정당성, 적법성이 없어 정치적 탄압도 극단적입니다. 윤석열 대통령과 영부인 김건희 여사가 모두 구속되는 등 세계사적으로 전례 없는 탄압이 이루어지고 있으며, 찰리커크를 추모하던 학생들이 “FREE YOON”을 외치며 저항하고 있습니다. 이 역시 부정선거와 권력 장악을 통한 독재가 얼마나 심각한지를 보여주는 사례입니다.

미국과 국제사회가 한국의 부정선거 실태와 카르텔 구조를 정확히 진단하고 대응한다면, 베네수엘라와 유사한 독재화와 자유 침해를 막을 수 있습니다. 한국은 미국 안보의 최전선이며, 자유민주주의 수호의 핵심 국가입니다. 우리 모두 깨어 있고 목소리를 낼 때, 국제적 부정선거 카르텔을 막고 대한민국과 세계의 자유를 지킬 수 있습니다.

여러분, 찰리커크가 마지막으로 방문한 나라가 바로 대한민국입니다. 찰리 커크가 소중히 여겼던 나라가 대한민국입니다. 부정선거척결을 위해서도 열심히 싸웠던 찰리커크, 그의 순교가 우리 모두를 깨우고 있습니다. 미국도 함께 대한민국의 자유를 지켜주십시오.

I sincerely thank you for being here today to address the pressing issues confronting Korea

Today I want to talk about the international election fraud cartel—connecting Venezuela, China, and Korea—and the crisis it has created, not only for Korea but for the whole world.

Venezuela has already fallen into election fraud, drugs, and crime. It became a center for international criminal cartels. This problem did not stay in one country. The fraud and crime spread to China, and then to Korea. Recently, with the help of the U.S. FBI, a large drug group was caught in Gangneung, Korea. This shows that the criminal network that started in Venezuela has now reached Korea.

When a nation takes an anti-American path, it becomes impoverished, crime increases, and the country even turns into a criminal state—yet the regime still holds on to power. The reason is simple: election fraud.

After Hugo Chávez came to power, Venezuela lost its democracy step by step through election fraud. Under Nicolás Maduro, it became a full dictatorship. Electronic voting systems, like Smartmatic and Dominion, were used as tools of fraud. The Venezuelan government used many tricks together: fake ballots, fake voter lists, forced early voting, blocking observers, spreading false news, and using courts and prosecutors for control.

China worked closely with Venezuela and made this fraud system more organized and advanced. Maduro even held up a Huawei phone and said “China xie xie,” showing his close tie with Beijing.

Now, similar things are happening in Korea. Candidate Lee Jae-myung once said “China xie xie” in his campaign. He also bowed very deeply to the Chinese ambassador. Former Chinese Ambassador Xing Haiming even warned that young Koreans who held a memorial for Charlie Kirk should be punished. Later, fake president Lee Jae-myung said in a government meeting that those youths should not just be warned, and police began to investigate them. This shows Korea is becoming a country under China’s orders.

On October 10, 2023, Korea’s Nationg intelligence Service found many problems in the election system: ballot forgery, hacking, duplicate and proxy voting, changes in computer vote counts, and even the use of “12345”—China’s service hotline—as the password for Korea’s election system. President Yoon Suk-yeol also said in public statements that there was a possibility of election fraud. But instead of fixing it, the fraud cartel impeached President Yoon and used fraud in the June 3 election to create a fake president.

This is not just normal politics. This is a deep crisis shaking the foundation of Korea’s free democracy. Power was stolen without guns and without blood. If Korea becomes a vassal state of China, then the sacrifice of young Americans in the Korean War 75 years ago will be in vain. They were the “Charlie Kirks” of that time. If America ignores this, then Charlie Kirk’s sacrifice will also be in vain.

If this election fraud cartel keeps growing, it will also damage the world order. Fraud leaders could take power in many countries and control the UN and other groups. Then the United States will become isolated, and freedom will not spread. Just yesterday at the UN in New York, when President Trump gave his speech, strange technical problems happened. This is a sign: if America wants to keep world leadership, it must stop this global fraud cartel.

Korea’s election commission even exported fraud systems and voting machines to Pacific island nations through A-WEB. This is a danger for the future. If a war happens between the U.S. and China, pro-China countries in the Pacific could block U.S. forces.

But the Korean people are ready to wake up. Together with America, they can defeat this cartel. If America speaks out about Korea’s fake president Lee Jae-myung AND ELECTION FRAUD, the Korean people will rise.

The Lee Jae-myung regime has no legality or legitimacy. Its repression is extreme. Both President Yoon Suk-yeol and First Lady Kim Keon-hee were jailed. This has never happened before in world history. Students who remembered Charlie Kirk are now shouting “FREE YOON.” This shows how dangerous dictatorship through election fraud is.

If the United States and the world act now, we can stop Korea from becoming another Venezuela. Korea is the frontline of freedom and the shield of democracy. If we stay awake and raise our voices, we can block this global cartel and protect freedom in Korea and the world.

Ladies and gentlemen, the last country Charlie Kirk visited was Korea. Korea was the nation he cared for. He fought against election fraud, and his sacrifice is waking us up. America, please stand with Korea and protect its freedom.
